Your bespoke voucher will be printed with your own personal message and sent to you in a chic black presentation envelope so you can give it to that someone special.
Alternatively, you can have your voucher sent to you via email.
What happens next?
- When you’re ready to make your purchase just type a personalised message, if you wish. This will appear on the voucher or in the room on a gift card.
- Follow the on-screen payment steps to complete your order. You can pay using your PayPal account or by using your credit/debit card.
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation
- Depending on your purchase selection criteria your gift will be either waiting for you or the receipient at the hotel following your instructions OR if you have purchased a voucher this will be emailed or posted as requested.
How will I get delivery of my voucher?
Our gift vouchers can be delivered in two ways – by email, or post. As you go through our checkout process, you'll be able to select how you'd like your vouchers delivered.
How will I get in hotel gift?
If you have ordered a little something extra for your stay in the room or as a surprise for someone else staying at the hotel please complete the box on checkout indicating the room name (if known) and date required. You will also be able to give instructions as to how or where the gift or surpise is to be left or collected along with any card message needed.
